Our experience was not so great
Our experience was not so great, we made our reservation 5 month in advance, but we got a very noisy room with no mountain view.
Our check in took a long time and then they tried to sell us extra stuff...
Room and all were nice but walls thin can hear ppl talk and to be late and up early hearing others move, walk, and talk. Bed like a rock.

Fun in Gatlinburg
I came to stay with my daughter and her inlaw family. i had a great time - the area is lots of front - Gatlinburg is like Las Vegas without gambling - very honky tonk. The resort was nice and clean, plenty of parking. It is in need of paint and some updating of furniture. Everyone else in our group came as part of time share membership. I paid a nightly rate. I saw 3 other units, and had the same feeling about the dated interiors. When maintenance was called, the came quickly to spray for bugs. The area has great hikes, white water rafting, and of course moonshine tasting! I went with no expectations and left thinking it was a beautiful hidden part of the country
Resort appears great in the picture and from outside, however the room provided wasn't anywhere close to our expectations.
First time ever saw a sofa that was falling apart (pics included) and bathroom exhaust fan was just too loud...
Only drawback was mattress was a little harder than I am use to sleeping on. Everything else was great. We stayed in one of the suites. We will definitely stay here again.
First time to book through Expedia. After paying we were informed this was a NON-refundable package! Should have been told upfront! After checking into the resort we were advised to see person at other side of the lobby for our parking pass. Upon contacting this person we were offered money for booking an appointment to listen to their sales pitch (Time Share). This person seemed annoyed in our lack of interest in the offer and reluctantly gave us our parking pass for our weekend stay. Stayed in an apartment / hotel room, not a loft. Our room was nice and clean. First morning found there was no coffee maker, one was brought in for second morning. Not sure why but there was no daily room service for fresh towels! View was okay, nothing spectacular.
Refrigerator did not work - was very loud and had to be unplugged so we could sleep. Pull Out bed was very dirty with food debris and was extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance had to bring a second mattress in and we had to stack the 2 mattresses on top of one another to be able to sleep
The hotel staff that checked us in were very friendly, however, the parking pass attendant, Starla, was NOT! Our unit was very clean and comfy, but when we got back at 11 pm, we realized the pull out sofa was broken and had to sleep with our heads at the opposite end with a bar in our backs. We would have called maintenance, but it was very late, and we were very tired. Things like that should be checked before guest arrive. I also feel that if you pay $175 for 1 night, you shouldn't have to take your sheets off the bed, or take your trash off. I don't want to clean up on vacation. The check out time is 10 am, but t 9:30, there were folks waiting to get in our unit to inspect it, I assume. We felt a little rushed. The place overall was nice, but when u start off with somine rude, everything else is just the icing on the cake. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
Condo location is lovely but we had a rental with no mountain view as we were put in low ground level and all we saw was a bush and a ditch outside our window. Could not change locations according to front desk. Unit was very nice BUT the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything next door and upstairs well into the night. Would not stay here again.
Needs quite a bit of upkeep ((porch, shower doors, lumpy floors, bent and dusty blinds) Washer extremely loud & took forever. Dryer took forever. traffic noise. Pools looked close on the map, not so much. If you like dark to sleep, bring something with you to cover the windows
Very nice property up in the hills of the Smokey Mountains. Very close to everything in Gatlinburg and close enough to all of the activities in Pidgeon Fork including Dollywood. The location of the property is far enough away from the touristy commercialized areas that you feel very secluded. Would absolutely stay here again!!
Worst customer service ever. They are rude! If you need to call the front desk for anything from the room, good luck because they simply don't pick up the phone. We had requested for non smoking room but the room we stayed in had strong smoking odor. We had asked them to take care of the odor and they deodorized but it wasn't completely gone. The towel hanger was broken. They do not clean your room or provide new towels during your stay unless you request it. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights and had to cancel the last night due to medical emergency prior to checking in and they didn't refund us. Do not sign up for any time-share presentation, it's a scheme. The only great thing was the view from the balcony.

did not like this place
I was not informed when booking this hotel that it was a time share resort and that they would try to sell me a package.. there was no maid service daily, t we were put in a building far from having the loudly view in the pictures. the building we were put in had no Wi-Fi,they did not inform me of it at check in had to find out when I tried to get on line to submit work for the evening..I asked to be switched they said they would work on it, they never got back to me. The hot tub at the building we were in was down obviously for awhile so we had to drive to the other one, that one was dirty had sand and rocks in the bottom my daughter cut her foot. The lighted exit by the game room was locked from the inside, I asked for it to be unlocked due to safety and fire codes they would not. They did not seem to care about you after you paid and did not want to buy into the time share no customer service at all..
On check in there was a glitch in the reservation, the hotel only received request for one night and not two nights as my Hotel.com confirmation showed. Tara was excellent in making sure we had proper accommodations. Our original reservation was for a 2 bedroom suite and we were given a 3 bedroom chalet at the same price. We did have to move at noon the next day to the second chalet but it did not interfere with our trip. The rooms and the service was excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone considering spending time in Gatlinburg.

An ok stay
Was an ok stay. Walls are thin and the rooms need updated. Baseboards and floor need attention. Shower was very small, hard to even turn around inside. On the upside....very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Perfect distance from the busy city, I couldn't be happier with the location. The resort has breath taking views of the mountain. We were on the 5th floor and it was beautiful! The standard 1 bedroom suite is smaller than the pictures perceive the room to be. Pleased with the in-room washer and dryer which makes it convenient to wash clothes before heading home. The room has everything you can need, including soap for the washer and dishwasher. Had to take a cold shower due to the lack of warm water, but this may be because of the high altitude. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed but the manager quickly made it right for us.
