This was a great property to stay at to explore Gatlinburg. We traveled as a family with younger kids and the pool and proximity to the aquarium was a bonus. Very clean resort.

This is a super great location right in the heart of all the action. The pool is wonderful. The amenities are very good. The rooms are top-notch me and my two youngest children (teenagers) had a wonderful time.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at in the Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge area. Room and parking were great; the only comment I have is regarding the (nearly) hidden entrance which is easy to pass up the first time going by. Okay once you know where it is.

Loved the resort, rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of light. The swimming area was fabulous with a large pool, slide and an area of lounging chairs in a shallow pool. Great to have a host that you could order food from and drinks during the poolside. Restaurants , longe and bar were just lovely. Would come again. Only thing I could highly suggest: You need more pool umbrella's as too hot to sit in that heat during the afternoon.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful especially the night Valet gentleman, he went out of his way each evening he saw me and my husband to come over and have a conversation. The location is phenomenal and the food at Joe Merchants and License to Chill bar were excellent. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. We were here for The Mountain Music Festival. We had a Great time. The hotel is excellent. The staff top knoch. We had a problem with a tv our first nite there but it was easily taken care of the next day. And management promptly took care of us with a resort credit, that was very much appreciated. This place is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg Hands down.
