"Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day...
"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. "If you want to feel like royalty, stay here. The hotel staff immediately greets you at check in and seats you to walk you through the check in process. The Bell attendant escorted us to the room and explained all the amenities. I wish I had more time to stay and take in the restaurants but I did try the room service which was beyond delicious and well priced. There’s also a nice garden attached to the hotel which was an added perk. Absolutely an amazing hotel. "
