Staff was very nice and spoke English very well. Hotel is convenient to rail stations. While there do not miss the the free light-show down the street at the government building and visit the top for the view at night.

Second time we’ve stayed here. Convenient location. Great amenities. Rooms are small but better than average for Japan. Small property which makes it less congested at lobbies and elevators. Will be our go to again next year!!!

The room was efficiently designed and the amenities were abundant. The room was quiet. Laundry onsite and an7/11 in the basement . Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel has a great buffet but there are several other restaurants in the area. Overall a great place to stay.
