The hotel is located right across from Kyoto train station. Very convenient to walk to the Kyoto station and lots of restaurants nearby. Aron mall is 3 min from the hotel. Rooms are large compared to other hotels that I stayed in Japan. However the hotel needs a big renovation. Rooms and hotels floors are very old. A major renovation would be helpful. We had 3 rooms and one of the room is smelly. Budget friendly stay!
