"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We liked it so much that after our initial trip to Hanoi we rebooked here on our return leg. Rooms great! Pool great! Breakfast buffet awesome. Location great! A big thank you (and name check) to Rachel, Tony, Hoang and the guys on the bar (AKA Radish, Tomato and Potato) - you really made my 9 year old daughter smile. "Could have been very satisfied but ended up VERY DISAPPOINT.
Overall the rooms are very good (I've booked for 5 rooms with double and family room). The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is good. But there's one thing that really disappoint me and my family is that the ignorance of the housekeepers.
I'm not sure when they're doing our room they have other things in mind or not, but they threw away my brother's retainer (which is very strange since he put it in a proper box), our toothpaste...
"Enjoyable stay on the whole due to the friendly polite staff and the amenities of the hotel.
Only downside was the price of food and drinks which I thought were outrageous.
Breakfast 32 dollars plus taxes per person
Buffet lunch 50 dollars per person
Mini bar I beer 8 times more expensive than store price
I tried to book including breakfast on Expedia but I found no option.
All in all it was a great one time experience but I would try to find a better value hotel in future"

However there were few issues with the shower door being tight and the door to the balcony was ? permanently locked.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at cloud 9 was of great variety and tasty.
