The best part of the stay was the breakfast and breakfast staff. So kind and accommodating. The most challenging part of the stay was inconsistent information from the reception team (breakfast time, mausoleum opening time, how to book a tour)- different answers depending on who and when you ask. Well meaning, but still very frustrating- ultimately do your own research. Great location in old quarter.

Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. Staff Lilly upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. Aurora hotel Hanoi has been our home away from home. The location of this hotel is perfect for us because we love the old quarter area. Every morning having a perfect view to the lake while enjoying our breakfast is great to start the day. The openness of the sky bar on the top floor is perfect for a drink with mates.
