"Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience."

"Gorgeous hotel, very central to all the main attractions. Staff are extremely helpful with everything including organising airport transfers and excursions. Would definitely recommend to stay here when your in Hanoi"

"100% the best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. I was being offered assistance before I even thought of asking. Rooms are updated and beautiful. The breakfast was AMAZING as well. But WOW the service. Bravo Solaria, Bravo!!!"
"What a wonderful location for this new hotel at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarters, only just opened this October 2025. This hotel has extremely friendly and very dedicated staff from reception, house keeping to restaurant and breakfast who showed us professionalism, friendliness as they really went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable and unforgettable. The customer service manager Rose greeted us whenever we entered or left the hotel advising us on various culinary dishes to sightseeing locations, a big thank you to Rose.
We stayed for 9 nights and found that many of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, so please take advantage of the local attractions especially “Train Street” just a few minutes walk. We also had a few day trips, in particular we liked the 12 hour long trip to Halong Bay (Ha Long Bay). This was very adventurous and exciting and do recommend walking shoes.
Our stay at Hotel Du Las Signature was very memorable and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and we will definitely be coming back."
"Best staff I’ve ever encountered. Nothing is a problem. Anna was always available to help us. She is unbelievable. Cannot fault any member of the Lotus Boutique staff."
"Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of the main tourist spots. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jimmi, the manager, was especially professional and friendly, he arranged every single aspect of my 4-day itinerary and trips in northern Vietnam (Halong Bay and Sapa), not just in Hanoi. He organized pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation, overnight bus bookings, tour guides, and sightseeing. He’s efficient, accommodating, and responsive, even when he's not on-site. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

"This hotel offered 5 star service from the beginning til end. Super convenient location which was great and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooms were just decent, nothing special but the food, service, and location makes up for it. The staff was contstantly smiling and extremely helpful. Would definitely come back here."
"Even before arrival the service was excellent (through emails). Staff were amazing from start to finish and the food/hotel were great. On available we met with Grace at reception who organised small refreshments after our travels. She advised the must sees while in Hanoi. The room was large and clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great, good power. Would definitely recommend this hotel based on the above. We loved it. Also had help from the in house travel agent Jenny with booking a cruise in ha long bay. She was great. It was our first time in Vietnam and within the short time of our arrival we already loved it and knew we’d be back. "
