"Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. "

"Located in the older part of JB town. Near City Square, JB Sentral and CIQ. Lots of food options. Only complain is that the bed is too soft and there isn’t a hair dryer in the room. It’s a quite stressful unloading luggage if arriving by car because the one-way street is very narrow and no other vehicles can pass your stationary vehicle. Although there is a huge police station just down the street, walking around at night didn’t feel safe."

"Good location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc)
Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels).

"The room had everything that I needed. Walls were a little dirty, bathroom was also had some stains but overall cleanliness was still acceptable as this is a 3 star hotel Afterall. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive to requests. Room emenities included hair dryer, toothpaste+toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, hair shampoo, bottled water and basic tea sets. Was overall a pleasant stay for two nights."
"The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the property is a bit lacking. I did not receive my check-in details way before my stay date, on day of check-in, lucky managed to contact and finally do the check-in, if not won't be able to stay. "
