"As always we had a pleasant stay. Great staffs especially Jessica and Gracean ( I hope I got his name correctly spelt ) Patdon me if I didn’t. The hotel is so conveniently located as this time around we only took the busses and MRT to move around. Applaud the Singapore government for the efficient public transportation system. "

"Excellent service and communication from front desk. Room was only to be clean once in a week, but they came by twice! Comfortable bed, cozy room with the necessities to cook, microwave and refrigerate. Standing shower, but be sure to click on the water heater, as it can be turned on and off. A/C is perfect temperature. Could use a paint job and nicer floor tiles to enhance the cleanliness of the room. But nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no lift/elevator. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."
