"Two things for improvement:
1. The hotel asked us to input passport and credit card information beforehand for online checkin in a website that cannot be verified. This made people very uneasy about information security. However, the hotel replied that the online checkin was elective, but this was not stated in the email.
2. The instant heating water dispenser in the room could only deliver a fixed volume of 200ml at 27 and 98 degrees only. This was quite inconvenient. There was no way to...
"Take mrt can from airport directly, if you take bus and that would not easy to carry your suitcase. The employee in the front desk are very nice. He noted us where can buy chipper drink and where is short cut to mrt station "
"Easy to get to from Changi airport, and conveniently located near MRT station. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it doesn't have a restaurant (there are options nearby though). Very nice experience overall. "
"Never been before to Singapore and loved the area. Walking distance to many different districts, restaurants etc. very easy to move use public transportation. Hotel staff exceptional, breakfast great, rooms very nice. We will be back. "
