"Location was excellent. Bed, pillows are comfortable. Toilets and shower working well. Staffs are polite and helpful. Would be nice if there is an option to include or exclude breakfast."

"R&F Princess Cove is located close to CIQ buidling, with an approx 12 minute walk under shelter. Check in was easy and staffs were friendly and polite. Unit is well kept and clean and unsuitable for small families. 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Compound comes with condo facilities and security is good. Overall a pleasant experience staying at this place."

"I had a great experience staying in this hotel from 3d2n! The front desk staff was so polite, professional and kind! Not the kind of professionalism i commonly see in hotels around the area compared to this! But staff’s professionalism at the cafe near lift lobby at level 1 can be better because i did asked them where is the nearest mart/7-11 and they were directing to each other to answer me so i did know know who to look at for the answer. Breakfast spread was decent but i love the laundry room because not many hotels have self service laundry room. So thats a plus i will be coming back again. Shoutout to the abang at the lobby who always helps visitors with their luggage without any expectation!"

"I have stayed in numerous hotels in several countries, when I booked for a room of 3, none of them charged me for the roll away bed that I have requested. Though you have waived it when I protested but you have spoiled my Staycation."

"Decent breakfast with store to cook eggs and also noodles section. The in house video uses all staff for the production - good idea. Near the kotajail and zoo so a worthwhile visit while staying here. Compliment to Citra and Sham - friendly and welcoming. The room is relatively near just some piping sound in the room on and off from room 524."
