⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Johor Bahru. The check-in experience was smooth, and the front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for the stay. Their service throughout was attentive and professional — really made us feel taken care of. The room was big, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The gym was impressively clean and well-equipped, with everything you’d need for a solid workout. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection, which I found rather average compared to other Sheraton properties — would be great to see more variety or local dishes added. Overall, a very good stay with excellent service and comfortable facilities.

Air-con control panels in some rooms are spoilt and do not work. Cannot adjust blower speeds or temperature. So air-con in my room was stuck at 19 Deg Celsius at highest blower speed. Technicians were not able to fix and repair the panel. When I requested for a change of room due to the spoilt air-con panel, front desk staff were very reluctant and unwilling to help. The front desk staff did not understand that the spoilt control panel was a big problem as we were freezing in the room, even using the duvet did not help. I had to explain and persuade and convince them that it was a big problem. Only after waiting almost 2 hours, did they agree to change the room for me. Service staff in restaurant were also slow and inexperienced. Took a long time for them to clear dirty plates and replenish food and drinks and cutlery at breakfast buffet.
