"Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area."
"Absolutely perfect in every sense! The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to make you stay an exceptional experience! Breakfast was amazing! I will tip my hat to the staff for finding an alternative means to getting us to the train station with three large suitcases and carrying on bags,as the main road where the electric shuttles ran were closed due to the scheduled marathon event. "Such a charming hotel and so close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The staff took great care in setting up our room. We had a view of the Matterhorn and surrounding area. The rooms are very clean, have all what you need, even a tote and backpack to use! Staff is awesome! Will definitely stay here again!"
