Excellent stay, staff were really friendly and the hotel is in great location for the train station and the free ski bus. Good continental breakfast selection with some hot food too. Free tea and cake each day from 16:00 for 90 minutes which is a nice touch after a day on the pistes. Room standard was excellent along with the ski equipment storage. Theres a nice Sauna / Steam room that’s free to use! For the star rating this hotel is excellent!

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special. The room was clean and very spacious with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing and the afternoon tea was just what we needed after a day out. Will definitely stay again. We highly recommend it. Lovely hotel right at the beginning of Zermat main avenue. Near the train station and walkable to all restaurants and stores. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and clean with a spectacular view of the alps. Will definitely stay there agin.
