Perfect Start to a Perfect Zermatt Week

The Hotel was perfect. It had everything to make our week in Zermatt perfect -- Great Breakfast, Great Location and very comfortable rooms. They picked us up at the train station and the service never ended until they delivered us back for departure.

Close to train station. Staff are accomodating esp the reception. We got the family suite and was spacious like a mini apartment. Amenities like bathrobes, slippers are included.

What an amazing hotel!! we had two balconies, one of which we could see the Matterhorn on a clear day. The suite we had was roomy, clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and the restaurant on property very good. The buffet breakfast is top notch. It even included specialty coffees. It is literally steps away from the train station and the center of Zermatt.

Overall good stay. Hot tub wasn't hot. Rooms got warm but plenty of cold air outside to cool them down. Beds were not super comfortable but they did the job

Lovely staff and hotel. Our accommodation was even better than described. Close to the train station and area restaurants. Note: the hard working breaking staff seemed to be overwhelmed by a large tour group, and everything had run out. Would suggest having a tea and coffee stand for guests to serve themselves = one less thing for the staff to do.
