Absolutely stunning views! We could see Manhattan clearly from our room every single day. On one morning, the sunrise painted the top of the skyscrapers in a way that made them look like glowing candles—it was magical. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of hot dishes and fresh fruits. The staff were all friendly, and the shuttle service to the station was very smooth and reliable. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel in downtown Zermatt. They came to pick us up @ the train station which was nice. Early check in and helpful with dinner reservations. Room is small but cozy and efficient. Everything you need. Downstairs is very Swiss. The spa is a great extra bonus.

Clean rooms! Lovely balcony- we choose the room with the view to the Matterhorn and it did not disappoint in the morning and day and night! Bedroom and bathroom are modern. Best breakfast lay out and the coffee perfect! Best coffee in the whole trip! Staff friendly and helpful! Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, short walk to the ski lifts of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Amazing views and rid up there for both skiers and non- skiers!
