"Such an unforgettable Japanese experience in the heart of Kyoto! The traditional house is well kept and equipped, offers us a very comfortable place for living. The place is centrally located, close to JR and metro stations. Close by there are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, all very local. Communication with the ower was easy and responsive. "This is a no frills hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay. You can hear if you have a heavy walking upstairs neighbor, but throughout the night it was pretty quiet. There are great laundry facilities onsite that were super easy to use and you don’t have to buy detergent. You just download an app and pay and monitor progress through the app—it was great! "
