The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis to easily visit locations like the imperial palace or the Bamboo Forest. "This was a lovely hotel! Great location close to the metro and only two stops up from Kyoto Station; it’s right next to the market and a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was very easy for us to get around to all the sights we wanted to see! The room itself was huge and clean. The beds were possibly the most comfy hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff were very kind and also helped me ship my luggage at the end. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel has an excellent location steps from the Nishiki market. However, the room was quiet and the beds were firm. It was very convenient to have a washer/ dryer system in the room. The room was a bit small but functional with a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Bus and subway stations are nearby."
