"Wonderful, quaint family owned hotel. Everything you need with the kindest staff. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay.

"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. "The Pollux boutique hotel is right on the Main Street so walking distance from the train station and all the shops. Our room has a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh made juices and lots of food choices. We enjoyed our time and definitely would stay here again next time. "

"Highly recommend!!! The staff is amazing. Went out of their way to make you feel like family. The room was large, clean had all that you would want in a room. The refrigerator had drinks for free, chocolate in the room. A wonderful experience for sure!!!"
