"Very convenient location, right next to the train station. Room was comfortable but a little stuffy (the fan helped but it was quite noisy). Free breakfast and afternoon tea provided. There were also free yoga and exercise classes. Overall an excellent stay."
"Wonderful, quaint family owned hotel. Everything you need with the kindest staff. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay.
Our only hesitation was a concern that after reading some reviews the hotel might be further from the main downtown area in Zermatt- psssh, perfect location just a short walk (and thats from a suburbanite american) from everything. Plus, gorgeous views right from our room. The pictures are...
"Loved our choice. Our suite was great and my oh my the view we had from our bedroom and balcony.
The only thing I would say, shuttle should be free for the price of the room and also the balconies should not be shared with several suites.
