We are absolutely kicking ourselves for booking only 1 night at the Schloss Hotel. With all the previous hiking, walking about and commuting we did in Switzerland before getting to Zermatt, we could've used at least 3 days & nights. Hotel is tucked away literally right across the street from the train station so that was so convenient. Schloss is very beautiful with an amazing Wellness area. We really loved the pool with its in-pool lounge and hot tub feature. We didn't have time to make use of the other amenities which we regret but next time! Schloss Hotel is an epic experience!

This hotel is awesome. A standout in Switzerland. So clean, so nice, and every amenity you could ask for. So glad we found it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Zermatt.

I enjoyed so much this hotel as every member of staff was kind and polite, its all facility was good and breakfast was also fine. What was the most surprising was all instruments for yoga in the room were free to use. Swim and exercise wear should be brought when you stay, since you will find yourself enjoying those activities there. I would say it is also good that the hotel is located so nearby the Zermatt station just behind the Gornergrat railway station. You can enhance your stay in Zermatt with this hotel definitely.

This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks.
