"Beautiful hotel. New. Quiet. Staff was great. We got upgraded to Aurora cabin room. We enjoyed our stayed wonderful night. We told her that we need to leave early morning before breakfast. So she gave us breakfast box last night. So kind. We will be back here again the next trip in Lapland."
"The staff were VERY accommodating, welcoming and stellar in every way! Can’t say enough good things. The igloo was exactly as advertised and very cozy and nice. The Arctic Eye restaurant for dinner was excellent and very top notch, must try the elk tenderloin! The breakfast was perfect and very large and delicious. This is our Go To place for visiting Rovaniemi, definitely worth the trip!"

"The cottage was clean and nice. It was great to have an own sauna in the evening. The kids slept on the second floor, on a small loft. I feel bad for the cleaner's backs, but the kids loved it and thought it was cozy. The man working in the reception was very nice and in a good mood all the time. The breakfast had a large variety of food and tasted great. Would have loved some whipped cream with the waffles, but other than that it was perfect. We would love to stay here again!"
"Excellent and central location. I loved the studio, the bed was comfortable, clean, and large window with views of the city. Restaurants, a shopping mall, tour agencies all within walking distance. I would come back for sure. "
