The hotel was near to the Olympic training centre. It has great facilities for family. The facilities were set up to a standard more like a local community leisure centre rather a luxurious hotel but it perfectly acceptable. Very close to Santa Claus Village, and close to many walking trails and the lakes

A great apartment. Easy location to the city and about 15 mins taxi to SCV. The woods and the snow area around the hotel made it for us. Our little boy loved playing in the snow and there is so much scope to do so around the hotel grounds.

We liked the flexibility of having an apartment. Super clean and felt roomy enough for a family of four. Great sauna and the property was nice and warm - sound proofing not great, you can hear your near neighbours. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the town centre and all all attractions. Supermarket about a 10-min walk away.

People are very kind and accomodating. The breakfast is not good, frustrating when you pay a high price for the stay. We stayed 5 nights and had no cleaning in the appartment which was weird but ok, we got to ask for new towels

Wanted to feel outside of the city, but within easy reach. This is just perfect. We could walk to the supermarket, center and have plenty of open space to play in the snow. Breakfast was good for us, so cant complain although it is a style more for European customers. Apartments perfect for families and well appointed. Loved the big table for family dinner. The sauna was also enjoyable. Only odd thing is no sink in the bathroom. Staff freindly and helped me with a lost phone. Would definitely come back to this hotel.
