The check in was a bit not too smooth. After pressing the pass code, the front still not open (after 5 pm). Lucky a European man (guest) open the door for us and even show us how to get to our room. The room was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equip. Overall, I love this apartment as it is so near to Lordi Square and Santa Village. We took Uber (€19) for 3 person and it only 15 min ride.

A great place to stay in central Rovaniemi

It was a perfect 4-night stay. The email communication for check in and check out instructions was excellent. The studio was spacious, quiet and clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and close to everything. It is walkable to the city center for places to eat, do grocery shopping and tour pickup. It was a perfect stay.

Cozy and Large Space

These apartments were modern and had tons of space. Great for families. It was clean and the communication was perfect. Easy to check in and out. Close to many restaurants and downtown mall is only less than 5 minutes away.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rovaniemi! The location was perfect—centrally located and within walking distance to almost all key attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, which made for a great first impression. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The parking garage in the basement was a huge plus, especially in the cold weather. The seamless online check-in process made everything hassle-free from start to finish. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovaniemi!

This is the first time that I have stayed at these apartments. Check in was swift with a text and an email from the owners giving me the code to enter the building. Room was big with plenty of space and was clean. I liked how they left you a tea towel to use during your stay as some places don't and I always have one in my suitcase. The location was really good with only a five minute walk to the centre and a little further on to a big shopping centre with it own supermarket downstairs. The bus to the Santa Claus village stops a few streets away and costs only €3.60 one way. Here you get to meet the man himself and he is there all year round. There is also a beach just across the Kemijoki and to get there you need to cross the stunning Lumberjacks Candle bridge well worth it. I would stay here again if I come back to Rovaniemi.

The apartments are only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Rovaniemi, so very convenient. All of the restaurants we went to in Rovaniemi had great quality food. Many are quite rustic/cafe style, but if you are used to more refined decor don't be put off as the quality of the food and flavours were really good. We had fab Reindeer burgers at Pure Burger and our Mexican taco's and Nacho's at Yuca were so much better than anywhere I have had this style of food in the UK, the meats were super tasty and the accompanying guac, salsa's etc were really fresh.We were travelling with our children and didn't experience some of the fine dining restaurants but the reviews and menus looked lovely. We booked most of our excursions through Nordic Unique Travels and all went well. The apartments are simply furnished and the beds although quite narrow are comfortable. None of the english speaking TV channels would load, so we could not use the TV. There is an oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster which means you can prepare food, which for us was just breakfasts before we headed out for the day. The utensils are somewhat lacking and a chopping board, sharp knife, oven proof dish and a couple more sized pans would make things a lot easier. The apartments are very clean and there is plenty of hot water and despite other reviews we found them warm. So for any travellers wanting a convenient base close to Rovaniemi town centre I'd recommend them.

Great accommodation, terrible customer service

Don’t get me wrong - the hotel was central. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sauna was amazing. The only issue that tainted our experience was the hotel’s extreme inflexibility. I booked an extra room by accident but the penalty to fix the error right after was the entire cost of one night. Fine I ate the cost. We requested to upgrade the room to a larger room to accommodate another joiner. We weren’t even cancelling but we would have been subject to a penalty fee amounting to the entire cost of the reservation, which in my opinion is outrageous. In addition, if we wanted to upgrade paying the difference minus the extra night booked in error, they said the upgrade must include the extra night. I understand a small penalty fee for a change but this left a bad taste in my mouth. I travel often and I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I don’t know if it is laziness or greed but you need to take this into account if you consider booking this hotel. At least pay extra for refundable option even though it was a bit much. Had I know this would’ve been such a massive issue, I would’ve chose another accommodation or at least paid extra to avoid the stress and headache.

The room was spacious, cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay and cook your own meals. Location is great, 5min walk to the main shopping street and many tour operators. Cleanliness was good, the only thing was we found black stains on one of the blankets, tried to wipe them off with antibacterial wipes but it wouldn’t come off. Make sure to check your emails closer to your stay as they will send an email to ask for confirmation. If you don’t do this, you won’t get your room number and code. There is an office next to the apartments with staff if you need help. Very helpful staff. One last thing to note, there is a washing machine to do laundry but no dryer. You have to use the drying rack in your room.
