Friendly staff, our room was on the courtyard side where there was no traffic noise at all. We hadn't ordered breakfast but there was a large café downstairs where you could also get coffee and food to go. The hotel is within walking distance of the so-called tourist centre. The Barberini metro station is also right next door. Finding a parking space can be a challenge (especially in Rome). We had a rental car during our road-trip holiday but returned it before we settled in Rome.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Very quiet, great AC. Perfect location. Coffee and tea in the room. No working elevator,which might be a problem for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The hotel was very nosiy. The floors were cranking and there was black mould everywhere in the rooms so therefore the smell was also very bad.

Just not a hotel I would choose normally I found it very impersonal, the girl on the reception didn’t catch her name or introduce herself. We had a late flight had to vacate or room by 10:30am! Told we could leave our luggage in a store room! Told it had a toilet yes but no running water! No AC until May I knew that but couldn’t leave window open because of street noise. Loved the location but would not stay again

Good position close to via veneto and Metro in a quiet street with restaurants close by. Our shower door fell off but the staff were attentive in getting it fixed. Our aircon was struggling due to the August heatwave but other rooms seemed cooler. Would recommend for the price so long as you don't mind walking up stairs as the lift is installed but not yet authorised.

The hotel photos bear very little resemblance to the actual rooms and facilities. The hotel is shabby, run down and scruffy. I had no mattress protector on my bed. The walls were chipped and scuffed. The communal carpets were mucky and not vacuumed. I felt very unsafe not having a receptionist from 5pm-9am everyday. The usb point in my room did not work. When pointing out these things to the receptionist on my first day I was told that she couldn’t do anything and she’d only been in the job two days so what did I expect her to do. Would not recommend. I feel the photos online are very misleading.

Pessimo posto, Hotel che non è un hotel ma delle stanzette minuscole e sporche. Personale totalmente inefficiente, e non presente. Truffato dal nome Hotel, ti fanno entrare dentro la zona ZTL ma non comunicano che non hanno la licenza e quindi non possono attivarti il pass, conclusione 180€ di multa....Meglio andare da altre parti
