Very quaint and well located property, very helpful and attentive staff. Food was delicious at the buffet breakfast and the lunch restaurant. The pool was very picturesque and my kids really enjoyed using it for the few days that we were fortunate enough to stay. We also really enjoyed learning about the history of the property. Weā€™d definitely come and stay again.

I was a bit disappointed in my overall experience at this property. Although everything was fine, I just feel it wasnā€™t The Leading Hotel of the world experience I was expecting. I will mention my husband and I travelled without children and this property has tons of families with small children. I will also mention the location is a bit of a walk to the main centre, about 20 mins. Which is fine, but can be challenging in the Rome heat. Overall I would rate this hotel as 3/5. The service was quite good.

Lovely hotel if one wants to be in a little oasis close to the City. Itā€™s a walk into town but very close to the Vatican. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Lovely helpful staff. Very very obliging. Good breakfast although donā€™t agree with charging for extras. Would definitely go there again.

Lovely quiet and dark rooms, lovely staff, great pool. A couple of small gripesā€¦ being provided wooden knives and forks when you order food by the pool. When paying ā‚¬28 for a small panini with crisps and ā‚¬9 for a small coke you expect proper cutlery. Also ā‚¬30 for a half hour sauna and steam, this should be free. After checking out there should be somewhere where you can shower and change before an evening flight having spent the day by the pool or exploring Rome. Using the outside pool shower and changing in the pool toilet isnā€™t very 5 star.

Staff are really pleasant and accommodating. Especially, Frederick, Andrea and Emma. Staff in the restaurant Follie, Mario and Marco provided exceptional service throughout the evening. Also, staff during breakfast were very friendly.
