The hotel was terrific, and the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic—right in a prime area—and although it's busy outside, it was surprisingly quiet inside. It also felt very safe throughout our visit.

If you’re planning to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, and the staff are all kind and courteous. The breakfast they serve is also very delicious. We stayed at two other hotels during our trip, but my children said every day that they wanted to return to this one. When we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay here!

This is the perfect place to stay!!! Walking distance to everywhere! The prettiest room and came with ear plugs (it’s noisy in Florence anywhere you stay!!) but noise wasn’t bad I only used them once… I can’t emphasize enough how great this place is, it’s like staying in an Italian family home ❤️❤️❤️

Great place to stay to experience Rome

Room was modern, new and extremely clean. Team were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect, in the heart of the city, surrouded by restaurants and stores, minutes away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and an easy walk to the Coluseum etc I was travelling alone and felt very safe in this area. I would definitely highly reccomend

Excellent location near the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The staff is very helpful. The room we were in is right next to the kitchen and the dining room, so you leave the room straight into the guests' dining table. Not very pleasant.

Located right by the Spanish Steps and name-brand shopping streets. Easy access to food, shopping, and famous places. Stayed for a family trip. Very clean and cool with A/C, cozy fridge, they served breakfast in the room (For Suite only). Pretty good beds, staffs were very informative. Due to the Assumption of Mary Holiday, some places were closed but it was my luck to pick those days. My family loved our entire stay here. Strongly recommended. Will come back if I have a chance to revisit.

Property is in a great location. Our room was on the second floor. Entry doors are locked you will have to buzz to get in. They will give you a access code at check-in. Very small elevator. Room is very clean, on the small side, nice size bed very firm, good size TV by Rome standards, good mini fridge with multiple types of water, juice and soda drinks included. Room had a safe, Beautiful marble bathroom, nice shower, toilet and bidet. Breakfast was typical fruit, croissants, toast, yogurt, fruit and eggs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with any requests. They are not on site in the evenings, if you are arriving late you will have to let them know a head of time.

The unit was great. Bed very firm, though. Staff was exceptional. Had bad upstairs guest who walked heavy-footed at all hours, keeping us awake, but that was no fault of Maison Evelina. It was not one of their guests. Overall, an outstanding experience. Also, the location is great.
