"Room was spacious, modern and nicely decorated, but a horrid odour from the shower drain ruined the whole experience. After closing the bathroom door and opening every window in the bedroom the scent did dissipate, but showering or using the bathroom was an unpleasant experience. We were happy to only be staying one night. There is one very small elevator for the building, and the hotel check-in is located on the 3rd floor. Two adults with two small suitcases barely fit inside. If you are a...

"Check in e check out veloci e senza problemi. Siamo arrivati tardi ed avevamo le istruzioni per entrare in autonomia. Camera grande e pulita, posizione molto comoda"

"Clean room all days we stayed...Great location. Overall, I would stay here again on my next stay in Rome."

"Close to Colosseo but room is on Ground floor and near the street so it was very noisy at night. Because window lock in room is broken so someone tried to break into our room at night!!! Fortunately, there is a another small window inside for double lock then we were safed that night but so scared and couldnt sleep all night long!!! Also, because it is B&B it was very noisy from the neighborhoods living nearby our room at night!!! Moreover, there was problem with hot water in bathroom in the...

"Great location in Prati, two blocks from Piazza Cavour, about 10 minute walk to The Vatican, lots of restaurants in the area. The unit was a good size, nice bathroom and very quite A/C. There is a small but functional elevator. Marco was very attentive, helpful and great personality. This is not a hotel, therefore there is no reception open 24 hrs, but Marco is available by phone in case of emergency when he is not there in the evenings. He arranged a ride to the airport for us, which was...

"Good accommodation… basic but very clean. Everything you could want if you are just using the room to sleep and your main priority is to explore the city. No complaints. Did extensive research into accommodations and this was the most affordable and conveniently located. Definitely choose if you are prioritizing location over all the “hotel luxuries and amenities”. Nice staff too. Grazie Mille!"

"Great location- surrounded by cobblestone streets with many spots for breakfast, gelato and lunch/dinner. Wonderful area to walk around and explore. Also a short walk (under 30mins ) to most of the main sites (Vatican, coliseum, trevi fountain) staff is not always at the front desk but they were quick in replying to any correspondence so we had no issues with that."

"Zimmer war groß, sauber und modern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (dadurch etwas lauter) und gut erreichbar. Check-in etc. lief alles digital."

"Very nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, and good service. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it!"
