Wonderful staff. Very kind and helpful. Lobby offered tea and an espresso machine and cool water dispenser, along with family games. Breakfast was delivered on a tea cart to our room, which was lovely! We filled out a breakfast card the day before and could choose from hot chocolate, juice, yogurt, ham, salami, cheese, toast, cereal… so nice!

Best B&B!

We LOVED our stay at this B&B!!! John was amazing and stayed late to let us in when our flight was delayed. After we found out that we left our phone in the Uber he also called them to get it back for us. Breakfast was great every morning, and free coffee and water all day was great, too! Close to a train stop and walking to the Vatican if you're up for it. The only thing is they didn't have a pack n play/ crib for us. They have something for very small babies, but our little one is almost 2. It worked out because we had a bed and a sofa bed to spread out on. If we ever return to Rome this will absolutely be our place to stay. You won't regret booking here!

Location walking distance to Vatican. Very nice place. Very very pleasant and kind staff looking after us. Happy to go back the place. Well recommend to my friends and family.

De ontvangst was prima.Konden koffie/thee pakken, terwijl onze kamer werd klaargemaakt.Aardige jongen, erg behulpzaam! Kamer op zich niet echt bijzonder, net als de bedden, maar de rest er omheen,maakt, dat wij erg tevreden zijn! Het ontbijt goed en leuk verzorgd, wordt gebracht, dus de service was super! Lokatie goed, met google maps is alles te vinden....

樓層標示不明，到了之後需要電話連絡，不方便使用網路卡的人聯絡。地板非常老舊，且地板清潔度不夠。主床鋪不夠舒適，加床更是難睡。四人的房間不是很大，客廳需要與其他房客共用。管理員服務很好，稍感安慰！

We just returned from Rome (July 2019) and stayed at Houspitality Caesar B&B for 4 nights. I would definitely stay there again, in fact we booked it again on our last night before heading back to airport, after returning from the Amalfi Coast. Check in was smooth, John (I think is his name) was pleasant and very accommodating. I asked for a gluten-free breakfast via email beforehand, and was served a cappucchino, GF croissant, GF cereal, yogurt and meats each morning. Frig was stocked with bottled water, convenient to grab on our way out to visit the sites. Obviously it is not a 5 star hotel, but the price was right for Rome, the room was clean & spacious and the building located in a safe area, within walking distance to St. Peters/Vatican. Also convenient is the 10 minute walk to LePante metro station, which was perfect for visiting all the major attractions, with stops at Trevi, Spanish Steps, etc. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this B&B. My only issue is there was not enough room in bathroom to put all of our (4 people) toiletries, I would suggest shelves be put up on wall to accommodate this. There was ample space to store clothes though and a table with 4 chairs where we enjoyed our breakfast.

Excellent location, very clean hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Our only concern is the Air condition that they tell you they have air conditioning but the “European style” no the American way of a/c temperature never come down air flow fan is minimal to point you suffer extreme heat conditions inside a room that you paid thinking has air conditioning, everything else is ok the beds linens super clean, bathrooms super clean and plenty flow of water ,but location is the best. Everything is closet walking distances.

Perfect hotel for your stay in Rome

Everything in this hotel was perfect! Lovely hosts, comfortable rooms, super clean, lots of water in the mini bar which was so much needed in a summer heat, amazing breakfast, and just overall feeling like you are at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful time in Rome!

We had a great stay. The property is walking distance to the Vatican and it is 2 short blocks from the Metro. From the Metro you can go anywhere. The room was spacious for being in Europe and very clean. John was our main contact. He was there to greet us when we got off the elevator and answered every question and got us everything we requested throughout our stay. He also delivered our continental breakfast every morning. He brought it exactly when we asked for it and brought exactly what we requested. He even filled our refrigerator with bottled water throughout the stay. We used the car service to pick us up at the airport and take us back. It was well worth it. The driver was reliable and coordinated our arrival at the hotel. The only negative was no English channels on the television, but we spent most of our time sightseeing. When we were back in the room we used the excellent Wifi to watch Netflix. I highly recommend this B & B.

Stylish guest house with good facilities. Only one radiator for a very large room - visited in February so did get a little bit cold at night.

Great place to stay!

Me and my two friends stayed here for 4 nights. The place very clean with daily house keeping. There was breakfast every morning delivered to your room whatever you wanted. There was complementary water and espresso all day. The Wifi and air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very nice located in a quiet Touristless neighborhood close to the Vatican. Only a two minute walk to the Metro you can access the whole city.

Excelente!!!

É um apartamento com clima muito agradável, silencioso e com ótima localização! Bairro ótimo! A poucos passos do metrô e a poucas estações do centro histórico! Além disso, a senhora dona do apartamento é muito gentil!! Há café expresso, chás e bolos à disposição na sala e água e outras bebidas de cortesia do frigobar! Excelente!!

In total this is a very good appartment, with friendly people, clean; I can fully recommend the side. Points in favor: + near to metro and bus stops + near to Vatican + very clean appartment, good equipped with micro wave oven, electric cettle + very nice service, with free fruits every day, tee, coffee machine, etc. + very friendly and regardful landlords + newly renovated bathroom + fridge in the room Points against: - Bed was really hard - Short beds

Quarto amplo e confortável, porém a acústica mto ruim. Vc escuta cada descarga e as pessoas conversando no quarto ao lado. Ficamos no quarto bem na recepção, então a gente ouvia td qnd chegava pessoas. Mas de um modo geral, foi mto boa a estadia
