Very quiet unit provided the neighboring rooms are not occupied as bathrooms are in the hallway. This place is really clean offering daily maid cleanup. Nice to see basic cups, glasses for drinks to facilitate guests if possible in the future. I prefer to have an electric power bar for USB phone charging instead of needing to remove the bed side lamp plugin for my phone charging.

Nice friendly staff and clean property with beautiful garden.Single room is large and cleaned everyday, private bathroom is large and cleaned everyday. Property is next to metro station and buses in 3 minutes.

Shocking hotel

Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more days left with 1 towel to which I got no reply and she just walked off. So I had to make do with 1 towel to last 3 days. The shower head holder was also broken and when the shower head was in the holder it would drop and water would go onto the floor (which I made staff aware off). After each shower I would try to dry the floor with the floor mat however with me not having any spare towels I wasn’t able to dry properly. On the 3rd day the owner then decided to pull me on the fact that the floor was getting wet (even though I’d told them about this) which ended up in a bit of an argument. The hotel just isn’t up to standards and the staff are useless and no help whatsoever. I understand it’s not an expensive hotel but honestly just pay a bit extra and stay at a better hotel where you have a cleaner room, better facilities and are treat appropriately. On the plus side if you are stopping here there’s a really nice cafe just on the corner.

Das Badezimmer liegt AUßERHALB des Zimmers. Man muss stets durch den Flur laufen, und alle Türen ver-/entriegeln. Der beim Raumwechsel entstehende Lautstärkepegel in Verbindung mit der Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer führt zu Nächten mit wenig Schlaf. Zudem sind nicht nur die Türen nicht schalldicht, sondern auch die Wände. Die Zimmernachbarn hört man bei ALLEN Aktivitäten...! Die Einrichtung des Hauses, insb. des Badezimmers, ist in den 70er/80er Jahren stehengeblieben. Das Badezimmer war mäßig sauber. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch und bedient sich mit mäßigem Erfolg einer Übersetzungs-App.

Localização boa, poucos minutos de caminha da Basilica de S. Giovani in Laterano. Acomodação abaixo do esperado. Banheiro apesar de privado, fica fora do quarto, e precisa andar com chave para abrir. Não tem secador de cabelo e o local de banho é extremamente pequeno Quarto tem apenas a cama, armario e TV. Um pouco barulhento quando outros hóspedes entram e saem dos quartos de banheiros.

Csodálatosan szép környezet. Nagyon kedves házi néni. Közel a központhoz, metró közelében. Kávézók, üzletek, éttermek közelben. A szoba nagyon tágas, a fürdőszoba mindennel felszerelt, tiszta.

L'hotel è situato in una villa con piccolo giardino (che però non abbiamo utilizzato), la stanza è comoda e tutto è pulito. Se siete con la macchina occorre mettersi d'accordo con la proprietaria e i figli per eventuali orari d'uscita per l'uso del parcheggio: magari meglio chiamare prima.

Camera singola spaziosa e pulita , bagno grande con vasca . Struttura in zona tranquilla poco distante dalla metro comode per spostarsi coi mezzi a Roma. Nelle immediate vicinanze bar e ristoranti. Sono stato bene. Ringrazio la host per il avermi fatto fare check in anticipato per mie asigenze logistiche di lavoro.

3박을 했는데 한 번도 수건을 교체해주지 않는다 물을 주지 않는다 엘리베이터가 없다 방까지 들어가려면 새 개의 키가 필요하다 일찍 나간다고 커피만이라도 마실 수 없냐고 했는데 거절했다 화장실이 방 밖에 있고 열쇠로 열어야한다

Nettes kleines Familienhotel dir. am P. Re di Roma

Ein wirklich nettes kleines Familienhotel, das in Fußdistanz zum Piazza Re di Roma (Metrolinie A) liegt. Die Betreiber sind äußerst herzlich und man fühlt sich, als würde man bei jemanden im Gästezimmer wohnen. Das Hotel wird offensichtlich mit viel Liebe betrieben. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr gemütlich und absolut sauber. Das Badezimmer liegt nicht im Zimmer, sondern extra, was aber nicht weiter stört, sondern den "Gästezimmer-Eindruck" nur weiter verstärkt. Einziges Manko ist, dass das Internet nicht immer funktioniert.
