"Excellent service, the room was really clean and smelt amazing. All the hotel staff I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Location was near to majority of shopping and Pop up Christmas markets."

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival, directed us straight to check in (in which we managed to check in earlier than 3pm, which was good). The rooms are very spacious, decor is brilliant and the control panels for lights, curtains and A/C is brilliant. Would definitely recommend. "
