"A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)"

"Room was smaller than expected but creatively decorated. Too many decorative pillows for the size of the room with little storage to get them out of way. On site parking very convenient Train station very handy to get to other areas of London. Lovely safe area with shops nearby"

"We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Syon Park. It's a nice hotel and the hotel staff is quite helpful. We did not use any amenities except for the bar and breakfast. The outside sitting area is very nice. Walks into town are fairly short and there are plenty of places to eat in town. The main issue we had is that one of the bar staff was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with and made using the bar uncomfortable. On the other hand, the blond woman who works in the bar is wonderful and treated us...

"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public...

"Der Komfort der Zimmer ist einfach doch nützlich. Kofferbock und Garderobe mit Kleiderhaken machen es leicht Bekleidung aufzubewahren. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Der Koch ist hervorragend, die Küche alleine mit der guten Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Biersorten die Wahl des Standorts wert. Wein hab ich wegen der Hitze zu Pfingsten nicht konsumiert, die Karte sah aber sehr attraktiv aus."

"Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall...

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"No lift so ask for ground floor when booking if needed. Nice, cool basement room, simple but clean and comfortable. Helpful reception (24hrs). Some updating is happening with painting etc but overall a good stay in a great location."

"very handy to Kew gardens and the National Archives, 2 London treasures. No longer seems to be operating as a Bed & Breakfast, no catering. Building is a bit worn. The room which I had was without an ensuite, instead there was a separate bathroom out on the stairs landing, which was coupled with the room but was accessible to others."

"This is an OK place to stay if you need a place close to the airport. However, it is extremely small. If you or your partner are overweight, you might not fit through the passageway to the bathroom . Very tight quarters, no airconditioning, no elevator to upstairs if you have heavy luggage, good luck. This location is in a residential area and the neighborhood is not pristine. If I were to do it again, I would chose a name brand chain hotel to stay at the airport."
