"The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."

Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. "Have loved this hotel for decades. Rooms are beautifully designed with luxury bathrooms and L’Occitane toiletries. Only downside is the from noise from the air conditioner. Superb friendly reception team."
