"We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. "Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices"

"Wow in every aspect. We stayed in the Jane Seymour suite for 2 nights, its a lovely spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and delicious shortbread biscuits. Milk and bottled water were also provided in the fridge. Plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom equipped with both shower and roll top bath with plenty of Lewis and Cole toiletries. Storage closet with safe, ironing board and iron, hanging space and shelf with ample space to store suitcases etc. Free parking was superb and there...

"Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!"

"It is a brand new place on a lively street."

"Lovely breakfast options."

"Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends."

"Decent hotel in a pretty accessible area. Keep in mind guests are not allowed to early check-in. The hotel was fairly clean but just seemed a little outdated. We asked for a heater as it was cold one night. I had to call twice and when someone brought the heater up, they didn't seem too happy. Other than that, it is just a decent hotel for a good price."
