"We really loved our stay. Pros: staff was super kind and helpful everywhere, the Jungala hotel suite is beautiful, shower, bath products, main pool, Jade store, ability to walk on jungle paths everywhere or take trams, food in most restaurants is good! Jungala Aqua Park was awesome. Not too big. Great for a young family. Cons: doors in suite dont all close completely (closets, bathrooms), concierge is very available but doesn't always follow through on requests (asked 3 times for child's bed to be made in living room but just ended up doing it ourselves with sheets provided in closet) "

"Nickelodeon resort Riviera Maya was so much fun! The rooms were clean, comfortable, & spacious. I loved that every room had 2 bathrooms which is a must with kids. Every room had an ocean view with a swim up pool. We had such a great experience at this resort! It wasn’t just kid-friendly — it was truly fun for adults as well. The hotel felt very luxurious for a family-friendly resort, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always answering our questions and being attentive to our needs. Every day there were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. We would definitely come back 😊"

"Very serene and deep in nature. The fish in the cenote must keep the mosquitoes away because we barely saw any. Amazing variety of birds right in the trees next to our canopy level deck. There’s a rustic outdoor kitchen with fridge by the cenote. A luxury hotel would ruin this paradise so don’t expect one. I recommend bringing stuff to float on. We had the cenote to ourselves at night and it was magical. If you want a comfortable bed and hot shower while connecting with biodiversity and nature, this place is a gem. We loved the private deck and cenote. I would return and stay longer! Went in January in the off season to have the cenote to ourselves. Butterflies and birds everywhere! I even saw a tiny fox. Bring your binoculars!"

"The whole place was awesome. The site was very clean and just as I expected from the pics I saw on the Expedia Website. Super peaceful place. The food was excellent and the bar staff was super friendly. A huge shoutout to my man at the front desk Christian for all the help he was. Anything I needed he was right on top of it. It wouldn’t have been the same without his assistance."
