"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. "Love this resort! It has a locally owned feel. The rooms are 8 to a building which means no hi-rise hotel. The staff are efficient and attentive. Love the practical amenities. We went to the coffee shop and the gym every morning. The entertainment staff are fun but not pushy. There is a fun, busy pool with music, a swim up bar and entertainment throughout the day. There is also a quiet pool. Will definitely go back."

"The hotel is in a great location. Its 3 blocks away from the beach, market, and plaza. Plenty of restaurants around. Roof top pool has a nice view of the ocean. Hotel provides 2 beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash full size in the bathroom. There is a mini refrigerator in the room as well. In the lobby cold water is provided. My only complaint is the noise from a restaurant/club nearby that plays music till 1am. Other than that I would definitely stay here again."
