"I paid for an all-inclusive trip meeting. I don’t have to pay for anything, but what I paid for to get there I was unable to eat at any restaurant on the property due to lack of information provided by the staff of when to eat or where to eat or what to where to eat. I was giving information on one thing follow those instructions got to a restaurant only to be turned away due to lack of room, or I was underdressed when in fact, there were people eating that we were wearing the same thing I was I was given a reservation for a restaurant the hibachi place I showed up for my reservation and they did not have me on the list so I could not eat there I did not eat from any restaurant except for breakfast at the resort my whole visit I would not recommend going to this resort to anyone of my friend. I will never be back again, and I was was not compensated in any way for the fact that the first day I got there was supposed to be at 1 PM. I didn’t get there till 5 PM because of 2 1/2 hour ride from the airport to the resort when it was supposed to be 21 minutes and then I finally got the resort. Nobody informed me of anything about the hotel got to my room by myself without instructions on how to use the electrical panel that supposedly operated everything in the room so I didn’t know how to put up the shades or open the windows or anything. The outside awning was broken. The inside awning was broken so my secondary resort there was maintenance people in and out of my room all day "

"Stall nice and a small shaded pool. Also very close to the main bus station but rooms v tierd AC didnt get the room cool, shower pressure very week, and vicinity run down and not near beach or nice area. Free breakfast a bunus though"

"Excellent place ,localisation, very clean, quiet. Met people from all over the world. Great show. I loved the roof top for sunbathing. Grocery ,park, convenience store,church, restaurants are very close. I felt safe everywhere in this area too. I recommened. There is also a restaurant and it is very good ans the employes are lovely. "The service at the pool is extra slow. I waited 45 minutes for a pizza. The bed, it had no bed topping, Only 1 sheet And a comforter. It didn’t feel hygienic! "
