"Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. "

"We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home from Cancun. Very easy access instructions as doesn't have a reception. It was very affordable and perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and we had soap, toilet roll and an iron provided. I am not sure whether this is the best location for a longer trip in Cancun however it was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Would have been very helpful for a small bottle of water on arrival. Thankyou! "

"I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is...

"We booked this place as it checked off most if not all the boxes. Upon arriving to the property we were told the building is closed for renovations. Though, we would be able to book/reserve at their sister company. We booked places around this area as it was walking distance to most do the places we wanted to try. "Es un lugar muy accesible, un hotel céntrico que tiene todo lo necesario a su alrededor. Las personas que se encuentran en recepción muy amables, muy limpio todo siempre. Solamente tal vez las cortinas de habitación deben cubrir toda la ventana ya que la luz muy temprano entra, y algunos llegan a descansar, la puerta de entrada a la habitación debe ser más segura para niños, que no se abra tan fácil. "Located very close to the downtown bus station. We didn't have a car but I did notice a parking lot out the back. The only take away is that there was a night club across a side street and it was noisy at night.. and no pool."
