"Excellent place ,localisation, very clean, quiet. Met people from all over the world. Great show. I loved the roof top for sunbathing. Grocery ,park, convenience store,church, restaurants are very close. I felt safe everywhere in this area too. I recommened. There is also a restaurant and it is very good ans the employes are lovely. "

"The room was very clean and the staff were welcoming. What I learned at check-in was that there is a no alcohol policy. I wasn't in Cancun to party but I do enjoy a beer or drink by the pool. I stayed 4 nights and on the 3rd night I only had a 5 minute shower because the water slowed down to a trickle. Also if you go out in the evening the gate may be shut so you have to wait on someone to open it. Then when you come back there is a button to push. It was very relaxing though and the A/C and ceiling fan kept it cool. "

"This it was my third stay at his place, With the exception of your front desk personnel, that seem you replace them with the worst available in the Market ,your hotel in general for the price in the area is the best option, shame, because next time in Cancun I’ll be looking for another option , Gracia"

"My daughter felt unsafe the moment she walked in. The first staff member host at the front when I went to check in during the check-in took a vape and then exhaled it right into my face. The room looked like something out of a jail cell with no guards and was on the first floor which just made me feel unsafe having my daughter with me. The room was dirty. I was looking for a two-bedroom place as I had seen in the pictures but the room that I was given had a small rickety bed. We left and discussed the room and I decided to come back later to just cancel the room. As I walk back in to get some items there were more middle-aged creepy looking men in the cafeteria smoking cigarettes and cigars in the common areas which again didn't make me feel good so I went to check out and asked the second host about getting a refund and he said to just contact Expedia about it after telling him that my daughter didn't feel safe there. "

"The ac was very good. The room was clean but starting to show wear. Didn’t have a car to park so unaware of that. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. "

"I didn't use the airport shuttle and the taxi guys at the airport gouged me mercilessly. Use the shuttle and save yourself AU$100 one way. Better still get an Uber and save AU$145 one way. The Hacienda is Spanish quaint. great for families and excellent location."
