The place was well maintained, clean, and had a great view. The cooking equipment was in good condition as well as the bathroom supplies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice and clean This is a property that has been renovated not a new building by the looks of it. They did a good job but you can see in a few places it’s age - like the pool some of the tiles are falling off and the pump system wasn’t running.

The suite is in a very clean condition and we liked the location a lot. Also there is free gated parking on the property. On the downside there was no hot water for most of the stay. Other little things like the electronic door lock not working because of low battery (fixed I 2 days) and the air conditioning dripping (fixed in 1 day.) Staff is very responsive and fixed or try to fix everything as quickly as possible. One thing I found strange is that if you are staying longer your room is serviced only once a week even though you pay the same nightly price as someone who only stays 1 night. Again the friendly staff cleaned the room once upon request. Overall I would stay there again.

I’m happy with my stay at this property. The location is very convenient; close to the beach, quiet, and safe, as it’s in a private area with restricted access during the night. Just keep in mind that the building feels more like a residential condominium than a hotel. There’s no food or beverage service on-site, and at check-in, we were informed that housekeeping is only provided once per stay, even though we stayed four nights. On the plus side, the kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated, and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Thank you, Gerardo, for everything!

It was a great stay in Eden Suites in Puerto Cancun. Host Gerardo was super helpful, he upgraded the room with no charge. The building and what’s around on a good level. I reccomend this place.

Keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, there will be dogs barking in the golf course area at all times. This being a nuisance especially during the night when you attempt to recharge. I brought this up to management and was advised to add this comment to "gather complaints" and have the dogs relocated, perhaps. I was told the golf course is external, seperate from the accommodation; however, advertised as part of "Ehden" in the lobby. They did try to get me to another room, which I pressure tested before relocating and the issue remained. Again, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful sleep, this is not the place until they address the placement of the dogs.

It was in a nice area with a lot of good shopping within quick walking distance. We rented two apartments that were two bedroom condos with two bathrooms. Probably could have just done one of them since we spent all of our time in One room. The fitness area had one treadmill that was not working properly. There were some free weights available to be used as well and in a lot of physical machine. The pool was warm and not very deep. They have two bicycles that are complementary but have no brakes therefore are not safe to use.

Property wouldn't allow any visitors, even though they were only helping us with luggage. They forced an upgrade of another $2,000+ pesos. The key pad didn't work, first it was allegedly low on batteries, then it wouldn't lock. It was eventually fixed. The walked all the way inside snooping around when changing the batteries. Last but not least, the pool area was extremely slippery (no caution sign anywhere), I slipped and cut my elbow and got my head. Would never return and would not recommend to anyone...
