"The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the place"

"This resort was the perfect spot for a girls week getaway! Incredible service, views, and location. The only downside was that there was considerable construction still happening at the property during our stay. Two on-site dining locations were closed and there was construction happening daily near the pool area. That being said, everything else about the resort outweighed that inconvenience and I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Todo excelente"

"Everything is good"

"Location was great walking distance to boardwalk/malecon. The food wasn’t that great your only real option was to eat at the buffet because the other restaurants they had you needed to make reservations. Pool filters needed to be replaced or something you can see all the nasty stuff floating in the pools. Ac in room needed work kept ac at 68F and it struggled to get to 72F"

"Clean property, and great staff!"

"More information about restaurants."

"too much construction not what it looks like on pictures"

"The wait for dinner at the fish house was 1 hr to get main dish served. Unacceptable. The staff didn’t have any events to do during the day. Poor attempt to coordinate. Phone didn’t work,"

"This all inclusive resort was amazing!! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all excellent trying anyway to make your stay over the top. We stayed in the club tower and our room was fantastic! Restaurants and food was excellent with great choices. Pools were clean and great temperature. Towels were constantly available! Service from the staff was outstanding day and night. The only set back was the lack of chairs around the pools. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ian and Laura"

"muy atentos, buena comida, la habitacion limpia, aunque ya algo desgastados, batallamos mucho con el lector de tarjetas y solo se cerraba azotando la puerta, la television no funciono en toda la estancia y la alarma de humo sono cada minuto, fue muy enfadoso, no hay muchas opciones, aunque lo que sirven de comida y bebida esta de muy buen sabor, la ubicacion del estacionamiento fue un poco incomodo por que habia que regresar una cuadra para entrar! Buen lugar si les gusta caminar en la"

"The place is old and showing it, but the staff does a good job keeping it clean."
