The two interaction with Rafael were the same, lack of interest to attend any guest or greet, also at the restaurant instead of asking, would you like to add service, the waiter just asked how much we were going to give. But also I would like to congratulate the receptionist that greeted us , he was very attentive and nice, very clear with all the information given. Also, the lady that was at the entrance pen, everytime we visit she is very nice and attentive

The hotel was very clean! The only thing is the hallways or the elevators don’t have AC in a place where is so hot and the humidity is terrible, it was an issue I let the staff know but the just pretend that they will check the issue, which they never did because they have NO AC on hallways at all or elevators! Also hallway don’t have regular lights, they have motion sensor lights (which they are on only if you are moving otherwise you’ll end up dark in the middle of the hallway)
