Amazing staff and great amenities. Property is clean and well maintained. Resort is within walking distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta with varieties of street food, farmacias, local and convenience stores. Food was decent, service was attentive and family friendly. Definitely would recommend.

We have a great stay! Very clean and the staff was all amazing! Breakfast was great at the buffet and the sunset restaurant. Otherwise the food was just okay. We planned on dining out anyways so that wasn’t a problem. Location is awesome walkable too every where we wanted to go. Otherwise a cheap uber ride away.

Very beautiful, you can walk right up to the ocean from the pool area and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue was that the shoreline was a little uncomfortable to stand in due to the rocks/pebbles but was still nice regardless.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was great! Very helpful and kind. As soon as our Uber arrived staff came out and helped with our luggage. The rooms were very clean. In all it was a great atmosphere. Will definitely be going again!

The hotel was in a great area to be able to walk to the Malecon. Reception area was great , answered all my questions. The cleaning of the rooms was horrible, the only thing they actually did was made the beds and cleaned the toilet. They left our dirty glasses and coffee mugs there, never took them or gave us cleaned ones. The food and service in the dining room was great though.

The staff was nice, friendly and really helpful, the food tasted amazing, the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner were delicious no complaints. The bars were nice and had all kinds of drinks, the pool was clean and had good vibes. Room service were really nice and helpful, the rooms were really clean and had everything, the only problem was the AC that unfortunately it broke down but they immediately repair but it wasn’t the same, I can say that they fixed by bringing us a fan which it helped alot. Other than that 10/10 recommended.

The location of the resort was perfect, about a 5–10 minute walk to the Malecon that had a bunch of stores on the way and a market for souvenir shopping. The double bed room was perfect for two people and very spacious. Although we did not have a balcony or view of the ocean, the view out to the street was still nice just very noisy with all the cars driving by. The buffet had a wide variety of foods and was delicious, but the restaurant you had to make reservations for had a very selective menu that didn’t have many good options. There was an open area in the lobby with seating and a lobby bar to relax outside of your room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Puerto Vallarta is beautiful!

We went last minute with the honeymoon suite. We had great service the ac was great. We really liked the Mexican restaurant tamale was excellent 👌 only thing I didnt like was the hamburger which did not taste like beef. Im not sure what it was. I would say get the seafood or fish. I also ordered a pork Adobe at the mexican restaurant which I didnt end up eating mainly because it was a huge pork shanks but fish tacos fish and all the other food was good. Drinks were fabulous we had countless mango margaritas Pina coladas. The hotel was safe and relaxing. We had a beautiful view with a jacuzzi in the room. Everything was included so no complaints. Our service from the bellboys to the wait staff and at the pool took care of our every need. Some of the food was not to my liking but 90% of the items were good. I liked the breakfast omelet bar. I cant say enough about the service. Thank you 💓 im muy contento

We just stayed there for quick getaway. The rooms were very clean everything was clean from restrooms to bedding . The staff is very nice and friendly also very attentive! Their buffet was the only place we ate at and was never a disappointment! Worth every penny spent ! The beach was very beautiful it does have a bunch of rocks but we still made the best of it!
