The customer service (rude and very dismissive), the front desk (ignore you while you stand there), the buffet (hamburgers and fries for lunch every single day…bland…but the watermelon was good!), both à la cart restaurants (saltiest food I ever ate….can you imagine salty sushi!!) was the worst all inclusive experience I have ever had in the many trips over the years I have taken. The pool was ok (low season so not very busy) and the beach was very good otherwise it would have got zero out of five.

Very friendly staff members, very clean, enjoyed the hotel and how close/convenient it was for everything we did! Be cautious. Our bathroom door was janky and the railing to the balcony was shaky.

Check in took more than an hour, lines were so long. Room had a nice balcony but after check in we arrived to our room only to find the bed undone and dirty towels all over the floor, not clean or ready for us. Had to walk all the way down to the lobby again and they assigned us a new room. Parking was horrible too

We stayed for one night as we departed Vallarta the next morning. The property is dated, towels were old kind of gray looking, no wash cloths, it was a regular room. I would not stay here for a full week. The location is close to the airport.

I was there in March 2026, and there was construction right beside the hotel that began at 7 am-it will happening for many more months as they are building a hotel. It was loud. The pools are nice. The room was good and clean. There is a bus to take you downtown, it only cost 10 pesos. There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away. The area is safe.

Staff very nice and friendly. Help us with anything we needed. Didhier Serrano front desk staff very helpful and so polite. Jovani is another very helpful staff member very nice and polite also. They are the best and I would definitely stay at this resort again and I do recommend others to stay with them as well.

We had to upgrade to a balcony with Ocean view and it was gorgeous. Food at this property is inadequate. Not worth the extra $100 US per day. Much better to eat at the local places down the street or Romantic zone.

We had a mountain view room on a higher floor which mean we couldn't hear any street traffic. The property is in a fantastic location next to several malls and movie theaters if you feel like going off the resort. The beach is in excellent condition and the pools are well maintained. Only thing that I found disappointing was the condition of the gym. Lots of the cardio equipment was in need of repair and there wasn't a lot of weights to chose from.

Our stay was very disappointing. We had one room for the first night and then moved to another for the rest. The first-floor room had major security and safety issues: the balcony door did not lock, the balcony railings were very wobbly, and the glass covering the peephole was missing, meaning someone could potentially look directly into the room. The AC was unbelievably cold, it felt like a freezer. The second room was better, but we did see one cockroach. The safes did not lock in either room, so we couldn’t securely store valuables. The food was awful. There were very few options, almost no seasoning or flavour, and very little kid-friendly food. Of the six people travelling with us, three got sick after eating the food. The adult pool was covered in slime and honestly disgusting. There was also lots of construction throughout the resort. The elevators were painfully slow, I stood waiting for one for 15 minutes. We were also pressured into sitting through a membership presentation that took approximately two hours of our vacation. We had no interest in the membership, yet were taken away from our vacation to listen to the presentation. The positives were the beautiful view and nice beach. Unfortunately, those weren’t enough to make up for everything else. Overall, we would not return.

Went in March '26. Picked this hotel in part because fo the advertised, "Best Breakfast Buffet", it was NOT. Probably one of the worse buffet I've been to in a while. No variety and no flavor. Hotel itself was in good shape for it's age, but FYI, there ongoing very loud construction next door that starts around 7A so do NOT expect to sleep in. The hotel was empty given the recent issues but staff would NOT give room upgrade on request.

Staff was lovely, clean room, easy check-in. Only limited parking on pavement/bricks. The rest is gravel. Terrible on luggage wheels. Massive entry and drive they could easily have a luggage drop off as you have to check-in and get a parking pass #. I’m 80 and had to drag my luggage through the parking lot. Not so fun.

We stayed here for a week and we were put in an adjoining room. We could hear every conversation in the other room and they weren’t quiet. There were no drawers to put our clothes so we had to keep everything in our opened suitcases on the table. There was 1 cockroach found in the room on the fridge. The room had a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor with a nice balcony to relax on. There were only 3 restaurants to choose from and they usually served the same food. Not a ton of amenities, the bars don’t open until 11-12! The gym had very few machines and some were broken. To my gringo friends: do not eat at the hotdog/hamburger food cart unless you want bathroom issues. Overall we had a relaxing time, but got bored by the 4th or 5th day.
