Excellent location and wonderful stay overall. The hotel is in a great area, making it very convenient to get around. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

It was an great hotel. Very modern, very clean. The pool/hottub is in the roof and is very nice. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The mattress was a little to firm but that would be the only complaint. Theres a bar next door that play live music late but your in Mexico and th a ts a bonus. Less thst a mile from the hitel zone. The hotel zone is more modern than the melacon and cleaner. Stove, microwave, fridge,coffee maker. Nice bathroom 🚻

We just stayed at Vallarta Live Hotel and absolutely loved it! My wife, our two grandkids, and I were so impressed by this brand-new luxury boutique hotel in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Puerto Vallarta. Everything feels fresh, elegant, and designed with comfort in mind. The location is perfect — only a 10-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes by car from the airport. The hotel also has an amazing rooftop pool with a bar and a breathtaking view of the entire city. We spent our evenings there enjoying the sunset — it was spectacular. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and spotless, and the restaurant serves excellent food with great presentation. Rosy and Fernando were wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. We loved our two weeks here. Clean, new, quiet, lovely rooftop eating and swimming, even if only a small heated pool. The staff are welcoming, helpful and on the ball. The tradeoff is being away from the busy tourist zone in a less expensive place but with all of PV accessible. It was a 12 minute walk from the nearest beach or bus to town, or alternatively. a $7-10 CDN uber ride to any downtown spot or Malecon. Ubers are cheap and comfortable. Then, after play, back to the hotel oasis. We bought an induction frying pan (bring it and plates and forks if you can) and did a few in hotel room camarones meals using the induction stovetop and microwave. The hotel is in Versalles, a lovely neighborhood of Mexican family and visiting condo users. Restaurants galore within walking distance - international to 100 peso taco sitdowns, yours to explore. Foodies delight!

The staff is amazing. During the cartel conflict, we were suppose to stay in the hotel and not go out for 2 days. Most stores were closed. The ones that are open are The staff bought us food, gave us coffee, really took care of us. Room is big and clean. The swimming pool is nice and the rooftop area has many seatings.

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The property is beautiful, clean, well kept, quiet. The rooms are well appointed and perfect for a good night’s sleep and enough amenities to make a little breakfast with your coffee. The mini bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area with loungers and umbrellas. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat on the roof. The staff are beyond accommodating. Friendly, attentive to detail. There are numerous restaurants in the area and two grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. An OXXO is right next door. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away through a pleasant neighborhood. We loved our weeks stay and will definitely be back!
