All in all we were treated very well by all the staff, very helpful and polite. And the location is perfect for walking, dining and general people watching. Lots of families with kids but we weren’t bothered at all by this. Again, great location and we will be staying here again.

Amazingly close to the beach. Took advantage of the spa services and had a great experience. The onsite dining was not my favorite but located so close to so many delicious spots. The staff is what made our stay outstanding. Everyone was so helpful & genuinely kind. I would definitely stay here again

We really Enjoyed our stay at Los Arcos! We had a balcony it was large & breathtaking! Everyplace so close especially the Beach!! Perfect location! The employees were awesome! Alfredo the bell man friendly & informative, Maribel our housekeeper was very attentive! I also had a massage at the spa Belen was exceptional not my 1st rodeo but honestly one of the Best massages ever!!! I Would definitely recommend staying there & looking forward to coming back!....

This hotel was lovely . Had everything that we needed. We travelled with 2 adults and 2 children. We opted for the all inclusive option bc of the kids but probably would not bother if it were just us as there are so many great options within walking distance. That being said the food at the buffet was quite good probably on of the best I have had when doing all inclusive. The location can’t be beat, so central to everything and right on the beach . The rooms are dated but very Mexican which I think is charming . Wifi worked great and the shower was hot . All in all I would definitely return in the future .
