"We really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms. Only suggestion would be that the showers have somewhere other than the floor to put bath products. They needed to have a shelf in the bathroom. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our time and would go back. In the future we would like to be able to reserve our restaurants in advance we couldn't do that in advance because we didn't have our room number to do it online prior to arrival. We had to eat at the buffett most days since the reservations were mostly booked up before our arrival."

"Clean rooms, lovely and very hospitable staff the pools and restaurants where amazing. We got the serenity club and we had our own butler who booked restaurants and stuff for us. We got a bottle of vodka and whisky on our arrival. I basically got a wife for myself and my husband which was lovely I didn’t have the curate dinners or where to eat just my outfits. We had a complimentary catamaran ride Jonathan’s picture taking skills while I was in the ocean was impeccable. We also had a complimentary hydro therapy massage that was amazing.You can book going to island mujeres and seeing dolphins at the resort. We also had a swim to pool with a partial ocean view. Stayed 5 days and it was just enough time maybe 7 nights max. "

"If the beach is your thing, this isn't the place for you. It is very narrow and rocky and attracts a higher than average amount of seaweed which has a strong odor. The cabanas, which must be rented by the day, take of the edge of 80% of the pool side space."

"We had a garden view and the ocean was still visible. The ocean was not very pretty this time of year (lots of seaweed in March) but the pools make up for it ! Poolside service was just okay but Dario at the Gondola restaurant made every breakfast special for my family of 12!! The housekeeping staff is friendly and so are the room service staff! We loved being able to schedule milk to be delivered to the room in the mornings for our baby. Overall we loved the resort and would definitely return! Momo (hibachi and regular side) are amazing for dinners!"

"The room was clean, loved the turn down service every night. The staff was phenomenal, always friendly! The pools were perfect, temperature was perfect. Loved the lazy river, loved the pool activities. Food and drinks were delicious! Would like to have had real ice cream on the property, my husband loves ice cream! The shows, game quizzes every night were top notch. We thought the floor in the lobby and down the stairs to the martini bar was kind of slick. Also some of the tiles and walkways around some of the pools were slippery. We saw someone fall by the lazy river. The beach was nice but it was unfortunate to have the sargasm on the beach, so we couldn't enjoy the water. "
