This hotel is one of the better ones I have stayed in, in Mexico. I booked with Expedia, which I have done many times before, I was warmly welcomed into this large hotel complex although there was a bit of a wait to check in. Once checked in the concierge team whisked me off to my room which was very clean and tidy robes and slippers ready to wear. The hotel has an app which is simple to use an d book reservations in one of the 5 restaurants or there is the main buffet restaurant all open till 9/10 at night and then a taco bar which serves food and drink all the way through the night as well. If you are considering this complex as a family resort you should it has a main pool area, water park and 2 quiet pool areas for adults only. All the team were lovely and would do anything for you, this is a little gem in the jungle well worth a visit

Overall vacation was good. We love this particular resort for so many reasons! Grounds are beautiful and have so many hidden areas to explore! 98% of stuff was great!!! Food and drinks never disappoint. The beach is getting much much better after years of sea weed problem. They for sure can improve check in experience for their guests by not keeping people standing in line for a long time. One more time - great place for entire family to enjoy nature and services! Highly recommend! Thank you Sandos!

We only stayed two nights but it was very nice! Make sure you bring mosquito repellent! The boat ride was nice I honestly do not have any complaints. It was nice seeing animals all around. Beware of the snakes also we seen a bird drop one out of its mouth on the walkway.

Havier the front dest concierge is a legend. Antonio IS the best hibachi chef ever. Julio,Ruben,Isidro, and Eduardo these are the names that stood out all the staff is great but these went above many times. This resort is perfect would go back!!!!!

Third stay- so much to see. Monkeys, cenotes. The property is awesome. It’s not fully luxury, but it’s nice, safe, staff very friendly. We have zero complaints, food is good, they updated the beach so you can get in the water now. Great for couples or families especially if you aren’t looking for an Americanized concrete jungle

Our stay at Sandos Cancún was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved spending time on the beautiful beaches — they were clean, well maintained, and had plenty of relaxing spaces along with exciting water activities. Our first snorkeling experience was unforgettable and something we will cherish forever. One of the highlights of our stay was learning about the Mayan traditions through live performances and exploring the temples within the property. A special thank you to Francisca for introducing us to this beautiful culture and making the experience so meaningful. We also had an amazing time on the canoe tour with Maria, who made it incredibly romantic by offering wine and sharing her knowledge about the mangroves and the stunning blue waters. Another memorable moment was the cocktail experience at Cenote Crystal, arranged with the managers and directors. It was a unique and enjoyable experience, and we sincerely appreciated the effort put into making it special. The food options were excellent, with a great variety of restaurants. We loved trying everything, but our absolute favorites were the Japanese and Brazilian restaurants. The Mexican taco spot became our go-to place for snacks and drinks. Good property and staff. You can get restaurant reservations through the app. The senote by room 63 is the best one if you want a peaceful environment to reflect. The lis iridos resturant has great steaks, i would recommend. The brazillian steak resturant is also great. The buffet can be hit or miss but generally its not bad. Nidos has good tacos and its open 24/7. I would recommend red salsa for spice lovers
