"Hotel was good, staff was very nice and helpful. But online it says all inclusive and it’s not, you have to pay an additional fee for it to be all inclusive."

"Yes it was cool in room and easy parking. This is a very nice motel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bring your own toiletries and hand rowels. Walls are super thin and there is a basic bedroom door lock on room doors. Facility was safe and there is a security lock on exterior main door. "

"You definitely need parking on the are. First impression is not the best, it was homeless people on the surroundings and the property was locked. Once inside everything is different, the environment feels save. Very close to viejo San Juan. "

"It was ok,you have to keep the air conditioner on all day long or the humidity wets the tiled floor and can cause someone to have a bad fall. The neighborhood was a bit scary looking but quiet.Loved the Chickens and roosters running around all day. This was a bit far from everything."

"Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend...

"Everything would be great if they had more towels, I checked in with 3 guest and I only had two towel in the room and asked for more towels and the lady asked me when I was I checking out, what do you mean I need a towel per person then we had to wait because they were washing them, the pool towel same thing they did not have any available we also had to wait so I had to walk in dripping wet to get towels when they were done washing them and the one was ripped along the side other then that...

"It was alright. Breakfast could’ve been better. They’re remodeling and the place is looking good. Parking needs work. It’s a very nice and simple hotel if you need someplace to rest. Pool area was pretty, wish the bar was open though. (It’s under construction)."
