"The hotel price did not match the actual experience and wasn’t worth the money. The room was too small, the condition and maintenance felt outdated, and all of the public facilities were poorly maintained as well. It was also inconvenient to get from the hotel lobby to the guest rooms."

"Ernesto at check was beyond helpful. Cleared up a mixup with our reservation in no time. The entire resort is fantastic! The adult pool needs to be refurbished a bit, but was very serene for relaxing. Overall an excellent stay!"

"Nice little hotel in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our room was large, with a sofa, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard beside the koi pond, and we appreciated that the hotel provided beach chairs and mats."

However, it is very well maintained and clean for the age and layout of the property, offers what a person would need for overnight accommodations while exploring San Juan, and the staff were super nice and helpful, and the property is overall in a convenient, central location and priced accordingly what it offers. "Here’s a cleaner and more polished version that still sounds genuine and firm: The hotel was very underwhelming and did not feel worth the price we paid. We arrived a few hours early and appreciated that the staff held our luggage while we waited for check-in. However, we were told we would be notified when the room was ready, and no one ever contacted us. Once we got to the room, we discovered there was no hot water, and the shower would sometimes stop running entirely in the middle of use....

"I loved staying here! The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was simple but just enough to put something in your tummy before heading out for the day. I enjoyed that the Condado area was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Finding street parking wasn’t too much of an issue and never had to park more than a 3 minute walk away. There are a couple parking lots in the area but were on the pricier side."
