"Room was fine, the night manager (Gabriel??) was great and helped us resolve an issue with our room (although really inconvenient to deal with since we had a baby) but staff were helpful (thanks Orlando!). Breakfast burritos were a hit!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel experience was extremely disappointing considering the overwhelmingly positive ratings and photos online. Based on the reviews and advertised images, I expected a clean, updated, relaxing stay — unfortunately, the reality was very different. The property did not match the photos or overall impression presented online. The room and overall hotel felt much more worn down and poorly maintained than expected, and several aspects of the stay made it difficult to understand how this property maintains such high ratings. It honestly felt misleading compared to what was advertised. One of the most frustrating parts was feeling like the reviews did not accurately reflect the actual guest experience. I booked this hotel specifically because of the strong ratings and glowing feedback, so arriving to something that felt significantly below expectations was very disappointing. I understand that no hotel is perfect, but transparency matters. Updated photos and more honest reviews would help future travelers make informed decisions and avoid the same frustration."

"If you’re planning to rent a car you’ll have to pay $20.00 per day. There’s no parking space in the hotel. They use valet parking. However, bus going to old San Juan passes by a few steps outside the hotel entrance making it ideal to go back and forth without paying anything. Fare is free"

"Booked a suite for my vakay. Arrived to the property and it was not exactly what the pics online looked like but it was not super terrible. When I went up to my room, immediately after stepping out of the elevator I was hit with a wave of hot stagnant air. Upon arriving to my room door there a noticeably strong order of throw up. Once I got Inside the room, I immediately noticed all the furniture in the room was damaged, broken, or all scratched. “Black spots”all around the a/c unit (mold) and stained sheets. The room looked very cheaply put together. When I mentioned this to the front desk their reply was oh ya we don’t have a/c on that floor. And they questioned my on why I thought the black spots were mold. As if I was a liar. So, the floor that holds all the suites is the only floor that doesn’t have a/c on it? And why is there a foul smell of throw up? Shouldn’t that be cleaned? We had to speak to several front desk workers until we finally spoke to the manager who reluctantly caved and issued us a credit for the issues we brought up. After they issued the credit I felt like each time we walked by the front desk the staff no longer greeted us. We saw the manager a few times after that and she didn’t even look our way. Poor service and horrible experience. I will never book at this crappy property again."
